Payment:
We can only accept Visa and MasterCard as payments for orders. C.O.D. orders are not accepted, however, if you do not have a credit card, we do accept Money orders prior to the shipment of goods.
Institutional purchase orders (government and schools) are accepted, however special arrangements must be made, please contact us to make these arrangements.
Backorders:
At 360 Athletics, we have an extensive selection of sports and Physical Education equipment for schools, camps, associations, fitness facilities, institutional, teams, and leagues. We have a "never out" policy. We keep a steady inventory of about 1,400 SKU's at any given time which ready to ship. It is unlikely that your desired product will not be available however, if this may happen, you will be notified by email or by phone with the option to cancel the item or replace it.
Drop/Direct Shipments:
We do have the capability to drop ship items to a third party location the charge for this service is $6.00.
Our Minimum order requirement is $50.00 before freight.
Pricing:
In the event that product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, 360Athletics has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed. You will be notified if a pricing discrepancy occurs.
Warranty Policy:
1 year from date of purchase from us, Manufacturer Defects only. If an item has been altered in any way the warranty is VOID.
Order Errors, Lost or Damaged Merchandise:
It is your responsibility to notify us of any discrepancies with an order within 24 hours of receipt of goods or our packing slip will be valid and payment required as indicated.
Returns:
360Athletics is dedicated to serving our customers.
If after receiving your order it is not what you were expecting please contact us immediately for a return authorization number, sales@360athletics.com or 1-888-360-4625.
Please keep all the paperwork that you receive with the order and any email correspondence relating to the order in case of future discrepancies.
Our restocking fee is 15% or $15.00 whichever is greater. All shipments must be returned prepaid freight with the R.A. number on the outside of the carton. Please be sure to use a traceable carrier to ensure return delivery and credit to account. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If goods are returned without authorization they will be refused.
Returned merchandise will be accepted for return within 30 days of receipt and must be in the original condition and packaging or they will be rejected.
If the shipment is damaged when you receive it from the courier company be sure to make note on their documentation and you may refuse the delivery.
Shipping:
360Athletics ships F.O.B. Niagara Falls New York.
Once you have placed your order online, a 360Athletics representative will contact you to confirm the details of your purchase and supply an accurate freight rate.
