We warrant our fitness equipment products for 1 year from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects only. This warranty covers damage due to imperfections in the manufacturing process. This warranty does not cover wear due to regular use or abuse of products.

If the purchased product has been altered in any way, the warranty is void.


360 Conditioning is dedicated to serving our customers. If after receiving your order it is not what you were expecting please contact us immediately for a Return Authorization number. Please keep all the paperwork that you receive with the order and any email correspondence relating to the order in case of future discrepancies. If the shipment is damaged when you receive it from the courier company be sure to make note on their documentation and you may refuse the delivery. All returns must be sealed in their original packaging and in an acceptable condition to be returned to inventory.

If you are returning a product you may be subject to additional shipping fees and a restocking charge. A credit for your return less shipping costs will be processed as quickly as possible once the stock is returned to our warehouse and inspected.


All 360 Conditioning fitness equipment products are shipped F.O.B. Oakville, Ontario. Our main warehouse is located in Oakville and is fully stocked with inventory. If any item you purchase is no longer in stock, a customer service representative will contact you as soon as possible to notify you.

Local pickup from our warehouse is available but please note that we require a minimum of 24-48 hours to process, pick and prepare an order. Our location is solely a warehouse and orders cannot be placed at our offices; all orders must be placed online or over the phone in advance of picking the orders up from our warehouse.
